Don't know enough about this guy because I'm not subscribed to Baseball America or any of those sites, but he seems to be the most legit Latin prospect, interchangeable talent wise with some of the top 1st rounders in the recent draft.
The article claims the A's are the front-runners, which makes sense after Billy talked about ramping up the A's Latin American presence and interest.
Anybody know on this site what kind of excitement level we should have, should the A's land him?

Check out the public opinion among general baseball FANS (not media) about the AL ROY candidates: a fairly unexpected amount of love for our boy, considering all the hyped players this year.

How many of you ANers live in SoCal? I live in South Orange County and I just found out about this website through my brother who lives in Stockton (we are both from the bay area) and I'm glad I have somewhere I can agree with people regarding baseball
