I missed this story yesterday, but apparently Sidney Ponson is having some problems getting a work permit to use in Canada, which could lead to him not making his scheduled start against the Blue Jays this weekend.
If Ponson is unable to go, apparently the Orioles will either (A) use Chen on three days' rest, (B) use a bullpen pitcher, or (C) get someone up from Ottawa to do it.
