Game time is 1:15 on FOX.

Roman Colon is making his first start of the season after 18 relief appearances. In fact, it's his first major league start. He also had 18 relief appearances in 2004. His 18 games in 2004 went a lot better than his 18 games in 2005 have gone, as his ERA was 5.18 runs lower. He also has a somewhat unfortunate name.

Chen's rough outing last time was long overdue, but I really do expect him to go right back to the Quality Start Machine he was prior to it. He's had a rough month record-wise (1-3), but three of his starts have been good, and one of them was real good, seven shutout innings against Houston.

It certainly goes without saying, but I'm saying it anyway: after three straight losses, a win today would be super. As rough of a month as this has felt like, it's been .500. Getting voer that mark for June would be great, and there's six games left to do it.
