O's take two of three in Seattle

New, 10 comments

Felix Hernandez gave up five runs in the second inning, but that's about all he gave up. For the game, he went seven innings, gave up six (one more in the seventh) runs on seven hits, struck out five and walked three. He's got nasty stuff and pitches like anything but a 19-year old. But the O's got at him bad one inning, and it paid off, particularly since Seattle had taken a 3-0 lead after one.

Next series is at Texas, with Cabrera/Volquez, Maine/Young and Bedard/Dominiquez matchups.
