This was obviously expected as the union isn't going to just let one of their own lose his job and all the money that was guaranteed to him over some silly contractual clause. Their argument is that the O's didn't have sufficient reason to void the contract. Who knows what'll happen with this, but I'd have to expect Ponson to get some money here. All that matters to me is he won't be taking the hill in an O's uniform again. They can give him all his money for all I care.
