Mora is the team's true leader, loves playing for the Orioles, and will hopefully hold up through the end of this deal. There is nobody remotely useful on the horizon at 3B besides Snyder, and as much as I'm anxious to see Brandon Snyder in an O's uniform for 162 games a year, he's a ways off and nobody is any kind of guarantee. Mora has been working, and doing a good job, for below market value for a while now, so overall I don't mind giving him the money and the three years. Here's to Melvin!
