I get things like this, but then again, no I don't. In fact, I don't know why I said I get it. And I hate Peter Angelos owning my favorite baseball team as much as you do. But things like this are just boring and stupid. They don't work on any level other than maybe getting a bunch of people on TV for ten seconds, which will only happen if hell freezes over and they're either so vocal that the cameras have no choice but to acknowledge, or if Jim Palmer points it out that day because Jim Palmer likes to stir the pot.
I understand the frustration, but trust me, giving Angelos money (even if everyone buys the cheapest seats in the park) isn't going to make him think, "Gosh, I'm really bothering people. I should sell this team or improve it, dadgummit!"
Peter Angelos knows we don't like him. Believe me. And yes, I could've not pointed everyone who wasn't aware in the right direction, but whatever. If nothing else, it could be a fun day at the ballpark if you decided to participate. And I do think that if you're going to do it at all, do it this way, where they're not allowing bags over the head and obscene shirts and what have you.
