Silva's still having a terrible year, and the Twins could use some consistency at this point. Santana's hot, Radke's hot, Liriano's out, and the other three (we'll see all three in this series) are a crapshoot at best.
Loewen has more strikeouts (58) in 64.2 than Silva does (54) in 130. He also has over twice as many walks. Should be two guys taking it to the ninth with shutouts tonight.
