Hey, Ravens fans! SB Nation finally has a blog for you and your Ray Lewis dance: BaltimoreBeatdown.com went live yesterday.

Matt Chico, LH Steve Trachsel, RH (3-4, 4.86) (5-4, 3.82)
Steve Trachsel had a bizarre appearance last week against Colorado, throwing six innings with five strikeouts and one walk. It was the first time since his season debut on April 7 against New York that he struck out more than he walked, and that time it was 3-to-2. His K-to-BB this season is now 23-to-36. He's been lucky in that he isn't giving up many hits, but he remains ready to turn into a pumpkin any given start.
Matt Chico turned 24 just a few days ago, and since I don't have anything against him, I wish Matt Chico a happy belated birthday. Plus, he does have a really cool name. He has battled this season, you can say that.
Yesterday saw Justin Verlander throw a no-hitter and Kelvim Escobar strike out 14 Reds in six innings of work in a losing effort by the Angels. Meanwhile, Daniel Cabrera's control sucked and he got shelled to boot, and the Orioles managed four runs off of two homers, including Miguel Tejada's seventh. Gotta love the cleanup hitter with the .777 OPS!
No wonder we're in last place.
