So, there's been a steam explosion in NYC, the President undergoes a colonoscopy tomorrow, giving us Acting Dick President Cheney (did I mix up the order of those words?), and Harry Potter either dies or doesn't. Not much news this week, I guess.
Erik "Garbo" Bedard is apparently fit as a fiddle and ready to pitch, although if the O's should happen to lose tonight, we're right back to being a .500 team under Trembley. I suppose it's better than 11 games under, but it can be argued that A) Trembely hasn't made THAT much of a difference or B) This team sucks so bad that Casey Stengel, John McGraw or even Earl Weaver couldn't do any better than .500 with this bunch.
