SC might kill me, but I've had a flash of inspiration.
There's a website I love, Despair.com. They're a poster company, and they make satirical parodies of those stupid motivational posters your boss probably has in the office. No, I don't get a kickback, in fact, I've never even ordered from them.
Well, now they are letting site visitors make their own. You can upload a photo of your own, write a title and then write your own motivational text.
This sounds PERFECT for us and the O's. We've had some good one-liners originated and copied here. But I want to see what else you guys can come up with.

Here's the deal. Go here to make the poster.
Then it gets tricky. Once you've made the poster, you'll need to save it to your own computer then post it somewhere so you can link to it here. I use Flickr, there's a million image-hosting sites you can use.
