I just watched MacPhail's full Friday press conference for the first time, and this guy is really impressing me. I think he handled the media really well, and I have to say I'm really confident with the tone and direction he's setting for the team.

As the wayward O mentioned, I like the shots he took at the press, and I also liked the autonomy he gave Trembley in deciding where his players would bat and field.
