Nationals play 96 games on MASN, 65 games on MASN2

First televised Spring Training Game Tuesday
(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - MASN's maximum access television schedule for every available Nationals and Orioles game was released today. Every game will be anchored by MASN's exclusive Nats Xtra and O's Xtra live pre- and post-game shows.
The Baltimore Orioles will play 96 games on MASN and 65 games on MASN2. In addition to watching the games on MASN, viewers in the Baltimore area will have the option to watch 25 MASN-produced Orioles games on the network's over-the-air partner, WJZ-TV Channel 13.
As the Washington Nationals move into the new Nationals Park, the team will have 96 live games on MASN and an additional 65 on MASN2. Washington DC-area viewers will be able to watch 30 MASN-produced Nationals games on WDCA-TV My20.
The new addition for MASN's second season includes 80 games in HD, including 16 Red Sox games, 13 Mets games, 12 Yankees games, 12 Braves games, three games each against the Dodgers, Cubs, Cardinals, Phillies, and Marlins. All six matchups between the Nationals and Orioles will be carried in high definition.
MASN will kick off the 2008 season with bonus Spring Training coverage live from Florida beginning next week. On Tuesday, March 4, the Nationals host the L.A. Dodgers and MASN will be there live in Viera at 1:00 p.m. On Friday, March 7, at 1:00 p.m., MASN will carry the Orioles vs. Red Sox matchup live from Fort Lauderdale.
On Sunday, March 16, MASN will televise the Nationals vs. Orioles game live from Fort Lauderdale starting at 1:00 p.m.
On March 29, MASN will be there for both teams' final Spring Training game - and the first game to be played in Nationals Park - when the Orioles visit the Nationals live at 6:00 p.m.
With 322 Major League Baseball and 520 live sporting events every year, MASN is the local leader in live sports entertainment. MASN also televises over 200 hundred regional college football, basketball, and lacrosse games.
The network is currently carried on 21 cable and satellite providers throughout a seven-state region to 5.2 million households.
