GameThread: Mariners (28-29) @ Orioles (24-33)

Talk about going from hot to not in a jiffy. The O's look to stop a five-game losing streak tonight at 7:05 against the Mariners.

The good news? We're 16-13 at home as opposed to a dreadful 8-20 mark on the road, which is equal to the Twins (7-19) and just better than the hilariously bad Nationals (6-20) to put us among the worst road teams in baseball. The Padres are 8-19, too.

(The Phillies, at 21-8, are the best road team in baseball. They are 12-14 at home.)

Good lookin' numbers right now:

  • Wieters is 4-for-28 overall and 2-for-20 since his second game up. He's hitting .143.
  • Huff went 3-for-22 on the road trip and hasn't homered in 80 at-bats.
  • Adam Jones is fine: He went 8-for-22 on the road trip (.364).
