I know a lot of people here watch LOST but in this age of DVRs and baseball season and whatnot, it's hard to watch in real time sometimes. It seems after the episode airs there will be a comment or two in the Open Thread with someone (usually me) being like "Stop! I haven't watched it yet!" So with just three episodes left before the series is over forever, I thought a Lost Fan Post was in order. Here is the schedule for the rest of the season:

5/23: The End (9-11:30 p.m.)

I just got caught up, watching the last two episodes on Friday. I'm going to do my best to watch the rest as close to real time as possible (tomorrow I'll be at the game though).

So, OMG Sun and Jin and Sayid (and, Frank, I guess). But mostly Sun and Jin! They are my favorite characters on the show and I've been waiting waiting waiting for them to be reunited and then THAT happens? When the four on the beach started crying I pretty much lost it. Especially Hurley since he's always the guy with the comic relief, saying what we're all thinking, etc.

I suppose that Sayid and whichever one of Sun and Jin was the Kwon on the wall isn't actually the one since they're dead now? It's looking more and more like Jack is the one anyway. Sayid said so as he was running away with the bomb anyway. And he figured out that they all have to die but that Fake Locke can't kill them, he figured out that they need to stay on the island. It's too bad I find him the most insufferable character on the entire show. I mean, I guess right now he's not that bad, but historically I always want to tell him and Kate to both shove it. Although of course if Fake Locke hadn't talked Jack into "rescuing" Sawyer and the crew they'd all still be safe in the cages where Widmore put them.

I am hoping that the real reality is the alternate one, even though I don't really totally understand it. Mostly because when I saw Jin walking down the hall in the hospital with flowers for Sun it was the only thing that made me feel a little better after their awful deaths.

So we've got 4.5 hours more of Lost in which Fake Locke will be trying to get Jack, Hurley, and Sawyer to die so he can leave the island. Claire and Kate are expendable I guess. And what the heck is going on with Desmond? His name wasn't on the wall, right? He was forced back to the island by Widmore who is now looking like he might be a good guy after all? I can't figure it out. Also, whatever happened to Ben, Miles, and Richard? They're all still alive and on the island, right?
