IN THE MINORS: Norfolk lost 10-3 despite Corey Patterson going 3-for-4 with 3 doubles, Bowie lost 4-3 as Tim Bascom went 6.0 IP, gave up 2 runs and had 8 K's against 0 walks, Frederick lost 2-1 as the Keys managed just 2 hits on the night while Cole McCurry gave up just 2 runs (1 earned) in 6.0 IP with 5 K's and 0 BBs, and Delmarva won 4-2 without help from Garabez Rosa, who went 3-for-4 for the Shorebirds, yet didn't have an RBI or a run scored.
