"The Orioles have agreed to terms with Glynn Davis, an 18-year-old shortstop from Catonsville Community College near Baltimore. The Orioles feel they got a hidden gem, a player that went not scouted by most of baseball this year at Catonsville. They gave him a bonus that was the equivalent to what some top ten round picks got in this past draft."
