"The knee feels great," Jason Hammel said. "I'm very happy with the way things have gone this offseason. I knew that I wasn't going to feel 100 percent or close to that until I got off of it. Coming back early from surgery set me back, but getting off it and not doing anything actively and giving it time to rest really helped. The first month, I didn't do anything other than just going to football games and spending time with my family, and loving it."
