It's been a rollercoaster kind of week for the Orioles, going from seeming like they would never win another game, ever again, to winning five straight games. Sometimes, as a fan, all you can do is strap in and hope you don't die, although it makes it hard for the fan who tries to be an analyst to get the exact picture of what is going on.
Still, we try our best to make sense of what has happened, and to make sense of what may happen this upcoming week as the Rays come into town for three games. You really can't help but be fascinated with the Rays organization for how they continue to work their strategy and seem to pull rabbits out of their hats.
Along the way, a variety of other baseball topics, including Andrew's adventures in attendance at a Mets game this weekend, my ongoing quest to find the greatest The Wire cast look-a-like among the current Orioles roster, and a lament, neither the first nor the last, of some of the "veteran presence" players that the Orioles have overpaid in recent memory.
All this and more in this week's episode, which has a running time of 45 minutes. An embedded player is below the jump for your convenience.

Feedback is always appreciated! We will be back the same time next week - possibly with a Yankees blogger on to give us some thoughts on the team we hate more than any other sports entity, although that's not a certainty yet. At any rate, take care until then!
