For the scoreboard watchers, the Angels beat the Tigers, the Yankees beat the Indians, the A's beat the Rays, and and the White Sox beat the Mariners. The Orioles are holding at 5 games behind the Yankees in the AL East and with Detroit's loss they are in a tie with just one other team for the second wild card.
