The Tides won 7-3. Jonathan Schoop goes 1-3 with a hit by pitch and a caught stealing; he is now batting 222 on the young season. Russ Canzler goes 1-4. LJ Hoes DNP. Mike Belfiore finishes a rough April with a fine night, collecting 4 outs (3 via the K) allowing a hit but no runs. Should we be including Josh Stinson updates? He would up going 6.2 IP yielding 3 runs on 6 hits and 3 walks, striking out 3 with a GB/FB of 11/0.

Bowie was rained out.

In Game 1 of the double header, Frederick loses to Myrtle Beach 5-1. Zach Davies had a very nice start, going 6.2 IP allowing 1 run on 5 hits, striking out 5, walking none and posting a GB/FB of 9/3. Brenden Webb goes 1-4 with a double and 2 Ks. Johnny Ruettiger returns to Frederick, going 0-4.

The Keys win Game 2 8-2. Relief prospect Jesse Beal goes 1 inning, posting a clean sheet and striking out 2. Johnny Ruettiger goes 1-4 with 2 Ks. Glynn Davis goes 0-3 with a K. He is now batting 204. Davis didn't play in Game 1, and Webb didn't play in Game 2. So there's that.
