Baltimore Orioles offer buy one get one free tickets today through Wednesday

Do you like baseball? Do you like saving money? Do you like Chris Davis? Then go see him this week and take a friend for free.

The Baltimore Orioles are headed home after a tough six-game road trip, but they're still in second place in the American League East, just two games behind the Boston Red Sox. Why not welcome them home for their mid-week series with the Cleveland Indians? The kids are out of school, the weather is warm, and the Orioles are due for a bounce back after three tough losses.

The final piece of this puzzle is that for the first three games of this series, tonight through Wednesday, the Orioles are offering a buy one get one free deal for their tickets. The tickets have to be purchased online, so you'll still have to pay the silly service fees, but you can get up to four free tickets as part of the promotion.

Additionally, the Orioles are offering another promotion for the Sunday night game against the New York Yankees that will air on ESPN. For every ticket you buy to that game, up to 8, you will receive in the mail a voucher for a ticket to a future game. Not bad!

Does it sound like I'm an advertisement? I don't mean to be, but for reasons I can't understand the Orioles haven't been plastering the airwaves with these promotions the way they should. Just as the throwback pricing from last year was a huge success, I believe if people know about this deal, the Yard will be rocking as the Orioles try to gain ground in the A.L. East. I'm letting everyone know about this on behalf of the fans who deserve a good deal and the players who deserve a packed house (and in the case of Sunday, they prefer a house packed with orange, not blue)

To buy your tickets, go to the Orioles.com ticket page and select the games on Monday-Wednesday against the Indians or Sunday against the Yankees. Enter the promo code ORANGE to activate the deal.
