Buoyed by the Henry Urrutia, the Baysox won 6-5. Urrutia went 4-4 with 2 homers tonight. Ty Kelly went 0-4 with a walk. Devin Jones gave up 4 ER in 6 IP on 7 hits (2 homers), striking out 5 and walking none, with a GB/FB of 7/5.
Frederick won a wild one, 7-6. The bullpen would blow a 2 run lead in the 9th and then give up a run in the tenth, though the Keys would comeback with 2 in the bottom of the 10th, courtesy of back to back homers. Nicky Delmonico went 4-5 with a double and a homer, but also committed his 10th error in his 26th game. Christian Walker went 2-5 with a homer and 3 strikeouts and an error of his own. Brenden Webb went 0-4 with a K.
Delmarva lost 7-5. Matt Taylor, a fringy prospect with a solid ERA, was removed after 2 IP after allowing 1 ER on 1 hit and 3 walks, striking out 1. The Hobgoblin would follow him and struggle, yielding 5 ER in 4 IP on 5 hits (1 HR) and 2 walks, striking out 2 with a GB/FB of 8/2. Adrian Marin went 0-4 with 2 Ks and an error. Torsten Boss went 1-4. Rod Bernadina went 1-5 with a double. Gregory Lorenzo went 2-4 with a double, a K, and a SB. Lucas Herbst went 2-5 with a double and a K.
