ALL-STARS ENJOYING THE GAME
The ball might have been misplayed. No runs were scored. But Prince Fielder running around the bases as what might be described as a "brisk lumber," sliding into third base, losing his helmet, and exclaiming "whoa!" might have been the most entertaining moment of the game. The Orioles in the dugout liked it.
You can barely see Fielder's teammate Justin Verlander being blocked by the Birds. Sheesh, you get five All-Stars and suddenly you're acting like you own the place.
Oh yeah, and, Thor, it's not polite to point. It's also wasteful to take two cups for your Gatorade when you only need one.
SWEATIN' CHRIS DAVIS
Bobby Dickerson is there for you when you need him. Anything to help the team get the W, right?
ADAM JONES DEKE
It may be a bit hard to see above, but in case you're not familiar with this play Adam Jones puts up his glove as if he's going to catch this bloop. This freezes A.J. Pierzynski just long enough to gun him out at second. J.J. Hardy covers the bag because of course he does.
For Elvis Andrus this otherwise perfectly good base hit turns into a fielder's choice. It's Texas and, gosh dern it, someone robbed him of his Texas Leaguer!
MANNY AND THOR PLAY
It's another one of those Manny Machado plays. This one is made a little more interesting by Chris Davis also making a good play. Jim Johnson liked it.
MATT WIETERS LEANS FOR THE CATCH
This was the next play after the one above. Nice little catch over the rail. Really I only GIFed this because I wanted to figure out what the guy yelled at Wieters as he catches the ball. I'm still not sure what it was.
