Norfolk won 6-5. Tsuyoshi Wada gave up only 2 ER in 4.2 IP on 4 hits (1 HR) and 5 walks, striking out 4 with a GB/FB of 5/5. LJ Hoes went 1-2 with 3 walks and a SB. Eric Thames went 0-2 with 2 walks. Alex Liddi went 2-4 with a triple. Still not on the Cincinnati Reds, Xavier Avery went 0-3 with a walk.

Bowie was 3 hit and lost 4-0. Christian Walker went 0-3.

Frederick won 5-3. In his second game in Frederick, Matt Hobgood gave up 2 ER in 4 IP on 4 hits and 2 walks, striking out 3 with a GB/FB of 5/2. Michael Ohlman went 0-4 with a K.

Delmarva lost 3-0. Adrian Marin went 0-3 with a K. Joel Hutter went 1-3 with a walk and two errors.

Aberdeen won 14-4. Sebastian Vader gave up 3 ER in 4 IP on 4 hits and 2 walks, though he did strike out 6. Rehabbing Jonathan Schoop went 4-5 with 2 homers (a three run shot and a grand slam) and drawing a walk. Hector Veloz went 1-5 with a walk and 3 strikeouts. Mike Yastrzemski went 2-5 with a walk and a strikeout.

The GCL Birds lost 4-1. Stephen Tarpley pitched 2 scoreless, giving up one hit and striking out 1. Andres Aguilar went 0-1 with a K.

The DSL Orioles won 8-0. 17 y/o Rauel Acosta went 2-4.

The other DSLers won 4-1. 18 y/o Yeizer Marrugo gave up an unearned run in 5 IP on 3 hits and 4 walks, striking out 2 with a GB/FB of 5/8. Ademar Rifaela went 2-3 with a double and a HBP. Daniel Fajardo went 1-4.
