Orioles vs. Diamondbacks game preview and lineups

After losing a heartbreaker last night, the Orioles look to rebound with Miguel Gonzalez on the hill against the Diamondbacks.

After two rough starts against the Royals and the Astros, the Orioles gave Miguel Gonzalez and extra day of rest before his last start against the Padres. He bounced back nicely, giving up six hits over six innings with eight strikeouts. He did give up three runs, all on one swing of the bat by Jedd Gyorko.

It's hard to predict what Gonzalez will do tonight, but I for one am feeling optimistic. Thanks to the off day on Thursday, Gonzalez is again pitching on an extra day of rest. That did him good last season when he started to falter, so hopefully that will be the case again.

The good news about tonight's starting pitcher is that he's not left handed. Hooray! The bad news is he's kinda good and doesn't walk many batters. He was part of the package that was sent to Arizona by the Braves for Justin Upton.
