The affiliates go three for seven, led by Eddie Gamboa who threw a complete game. Other prospects were in action, and some of whom performed cromulently.

In Game 1 of a twin bill, Eddie Gamboa had his knuckler working, and Norfolk won 4-1. Gamboa threw a seven inning complete game, allowing an unearned run on two hits and a walk, striking out six with a GB/FB of 8/2. Jonathan Schoop and Xavier Avery each went 0-2 with a K. The Tides won Game 2, 2-1. Mike Belfiore gave up 1 ER in 3 IP on 5 hits (1 HR) and a walk, striking out 3. Schoop went 1-3 in Game 2.

The Baysox were off.

Frederick lost 8-1. Ashur Tolliver threw two clean innings, striking out 1. Michael Ohlman DNP.

Delmarva lost 9-7. Parker Bridwell mixed in another rough performance, giving up 7 ER in 5.1 IP on 9 hits (1 HR) and 3 walks, striking out 4 with a GB/FB of 7/5. Mychal Givens relieved him and pitched nicely, giving up 1 hit in 2.2 IP, striking out 2 and walking none. Adrian Marin went 1-4. Joel Hutter went 2-5 with a double and three strikeouts. Lucas Herbst went 2-5 with 2 Ks and a SB.

The iBirds were off.
