I'm generally of the opinion that you can never have too many home runs, but it is frustrating watching them fail to knock runners in over and over and over.

He came into the fourth inning of the game after starting catcher Joe Ginsberg was pinch hit for (perhaps he was injured? Who knows) and went 0-for-2.

On this day in 1995, Cal Ripken played in his 2130th consecutive game, tying Lou Gehrig for the all-time mark. I happened to be at that game! I sat in the bleachers and still have my ticket stub. The ticket cost me $5.
