Recs to Comments Ratio (Qualified)

Just like a player has to accumulate a certain number of plate appearances to qualify for the batting title, Camden Chatters have to have a minimum number of comments to appear on this list. That number will go up as the year progresses, but it will always be 10 comments for every week that has passed. There have been 6 1/2 weeks so far in 2014, but I'm rounding down to 60 comments. Next week the minimum will be 70 comments, and so on.
