Nick Markakis' Strong Start " Baltimore Sports and Life
Well, I'd quibble with calling his start to the season 'strong', seeing as his OPS was solidly sub-.700 for the first three weeks. But he has rebounded to an expected level of late.
No need to rush into anything with any of the players referenced. Hot starts subside, cold starts thaw, and there is and infinitesimally small chance Markakis' option for next season is getting picked up anyway. So see if he's healthy enough to handle a full season and produce at an acceptable level.
