With the win last night, the Orioles can now claim a positive run differential, even if it's only +1 run. The only other team in the AL East who can make that claim is the Blue Jays, who at +33 have the second-best run differential in the American League.

Forget the pitchers tonight. They don't matter. It's Friday the 13th, so the Orioles hope their #13 (Manny Machado) will carry the club tonight. The Blue Jays counter with their own #13, Brett Lawrie.
