Game 71: Orioles (36-34) @ Rays (28-44), 1:10 p.m. ET

Rec-specs is back on the mound. He will face Tampa's righty Alex Cobb and try to steal a series away from the division rivals.

I cannot lie to you Camden Chat. With the combination of the Orioles mediocre play of late and World Cup madness, I have not given this squad the proper attention it deserves.

However, any game where Erik Bedard gets knocked around and Crush hits a grand salami is enough to grab my eyes any day of the week. Not to mention, #teamSteve was at it again with Pearce collecting two of everything; hits RBI, runs, and walks.

This afternoon, Gausman is back on the hill. He has been brilliant during this last stint with the club, earning wins over Oakland and Toronto. Now, he heads on the road against a team he has a brief but torturous history with.

He has thrown 5.1 innings over two games versus the Rays. In that span he has allowed 10 hits, 8 runs, 3 walks, and 8 strikeouts. That amounts to a 13.50 ERA and an 0-1 record.

But this is the new and improved Gausman. He didn't have glasses the last time he faced the Tampa lineup. There are also a handful of new names in the bunch. Wipe the slate clean and go get that series W, Goose.
