Game 135: Twins (59-76) @ Orioles (78-56), 1:35

Head for the hills, because it's a Sunday day game for the Orioles. They try to keep the sweep alive against the Twins. Wei-Yin Chen starts against Ricky Nolasco.

It's day 1 of the Alejandro De Aza and Kelly Johnson eras, although Johnson isn't even with the team quite yet, and De Aza isn't in the starting lineup. But still, it's a bold new era. Maybe not bold, or even really new, for that matter, since this is all the standard Duquettian tinkering.

The point is that it's time for some baseball, the magic number starts the day at 21, and this Twins team is all that stands between the Orioles and lowering it further. They'll probably lose today, because it's a Sunday day game and they won the last two games and the 5.62 ERA of Ricky Nolasco sounds like the exact pitcher that the O's would lay a stink bomb against. Here we are nonetheless.
