Game 113: Orioles (64-48) @ Blue Jays (60-54), 7:07 p.m. ET

The Orioles are amazing! Everything is great! This is gonna be a fantastic night!

Nick Turchiaro-USA TODAY Sports

It hasn't been this nice to be an Oriole fan since the mid-ninties. Just for perspective I was four years old in 1997. My entire generation has been lost to other forces like the intensity of the NFL, the international appeal of soccer and the "I really couldn't tell ya" of lacrosse.

But this team is quickly becoming a favorite again in town. They have the perfect combination of fun personalities and ridiculous ability that allow a city to fall back in love with a sport.

Another win tonight would further distance themselves from the second-place Blue Jays and take another important step in bringing baseball all the way back in Baltimore. It will happen.

But for now, they just need to win this baseball game.
