If an MLB game is neither on TV nor the radio, does it really exist? The Orioles will play against the Twins at the Twins' spring home on Wednesday afternoon. Neither team's TV or radio networks will be covering the game. There will only be the bleakness of GameDay and beat writer tweets.
Given that Ubaldo Jimenez is starting the game, perhaps that will be a blessing. If he is a disaster, then it's for the best to not have to watch or listen. Of course, if he somehow turns things around and has a good start, we'll miss out, but what are the chances?
Let's start with small goals, like maybe don't give up a home run to Eduardo Nunez today. Or allow any kind of significant damage to be dealt to the Orioles by Nunez.
