Orioles spring training game 7 thread: at Twins, 1:05

The Orioles take on the Twins in a road spring game this afternoon. Hopefully you're not an hour behind. The game will be on MLB Network.

Reinhold Matay-USA TODAY Sports

The real goal of spring training is for nobody to get hurt. The Orioles, thus far, have been successful at this. Other teams have not, with the latest to have a problem being Phillies starter Cliff Lee, the perennial trade target for half of MLB. A sore elbow will shut that down right quick.

Today's contest will be broadcast on MLB Network, which could mean that they are using their own broadcasters or that they are just simulcasting the Twins crew of Fox Sports North. It's no Gary and Jim, but either way you'll be able to watch some Orioles on a Sunday afternoon as the snow melts all around you.

The game represents take two in spring training for Ubaldo Jimenez. It would be hard for him to do much worse than his  last outing. That's not saying it's impossible. You never really know.

Hopefully you're not an hour late to watching this game because of forgetting to set your clock forward.
