The Orioles play against the Phillies in Sarasota on Monday afternoon, although there is no local TV or radio for O's fans. You can get the game if you subscribe to MLB Gameday Audio, which as far as I can tell is going to be a Phillies broadcast. But hey, it's baseball on a Monday afternoon. It's warmer here in the Baltimore area now, but that'll make it feel warmer still.
It's Chris Tillman's first start of the spring. He's been held back until now because he had a heavy workload on into the ALCS last season, so Buck is starting him off slower. He'll probably pitch for two innings, as they tend to do early in the spring. As for the rest of the starters, they'll probably depart around the sixth or seventh inning.
New daddy Caleb Joseph is not in the lineup. Hopefully Delmon Young was around to tell him mazel tov.
For the most part, neither the home Orioles lineup nor the road one has been scoring a whole lot in the Grapefruit League. With Aaron Harang starting for the Phillies, I don't figure today will change that. Then again, he'll be gone after a couple of innings, so you never know.
