The Orioles Re-Opening Day game thread: vs. Blue Jays, 7:05pm

It's the first Orioles home game in front of fans in quite a while. Maybe they will react to the crowd by turning in a nice beatdown of the Blue Jays.

Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

It's Re-Opening Day! Many Camden Chat writers will be in attendance. Perhaps you will run into us. Don't misbehave, though, because there will still be moderators on the prowl for mischief.

Here's hoping the Orioles give us all a good game to watch, wherever we may watch it. Or if you're not watching, then I hope it's a good game to listen to or follow on your phone as you go about whatever duties keep you busy on a Monday evening.

There is a decent chance it will be a good game, if Ubaldo Jimenez approximates the pattern he has established so far this year. Also if the Orioles offense does what it's capable of doing, that would probably make for a nice game to see, too. Well, we can dream, or at least drink (responsibly) to compensate for the dashing of our dreams.

In honor of the ten-year anniversary of one of the classics in the history of Internet videos, I now depart this post to charge on to Oriole Park at Camden Yards underneath the following mighty warcry: LEEROY JENKINS!
