First, let's start off with some transactional news:

Durham (Rays) 3, Norfolk 6

Dariel Alvarez socked his 15th HR of the year, a 3-run shot, in the 1st, and Chris Jones proceeded to cruised through 7 innings of work. Jones allowed 2 ER via 8 hits, K'd 3 and walked none. Oliver Drake worked his ERA down to 0.75 with a scoreless 9th, earning his 19th Save. Every batter in the lineup had precisely 1 hit.

Richmond (Giants) 3, Bowie 11

The 1-4 hitters combined to go 10-for-15 with 3 doubles, 1 HR, 2 walks, 1 HBP, 1 SB, and 8 RBI. Glynn Davis was 3-5 with the SB. Trey Mancini went 2-4 with a HR and 4 of the RBI.
