Norfolk 9, Indianapolis (Pirates) 5

Dariel Alvarez went 2-3, but reached base 4 total times (a walk and HBP) and scored each time. Junior Lake had a 3 hit game, while Michael Almanzar and Julio Borbon each drove in 2 runs. Christian Walker went 1 for 5.  Oliver Drake struck out the side in the 9th, lowering his ERA to 0.69. Nice.

Delmarva 6, Lakewood (Phillies) 2

21 year old (RHP) Dariel Delgado tossed 6 scoreless innings; striking out 4 and walking 2. Delmarva put up a 4 spot in the 1st, 3 of those coming via an Earl Weaver Special off the bat of Riley Palmer. Jomar Reyes went 1 for 3, was HBP, and scored a run on the night.
