GameThread: New York Yankees at Baltimore Orioles, June 3, 2016 7:05 PM EST

It's game one of a three-game set. Let's go!!

Evan Habeeb-USA TODAY Sports

Just when it seemed like the O's were about to fall off of a cliff in the standings, they bounce back with back-to-back wins over the division-leading Red Sox. Now, they welcome the fourth-place Yankees to Charm City. It feels like a sweep-able three-game set that would have the Birds on another extending winning streak and maybe even at the top of the AL East mountain when it's all said and done.

But, of course, they need to actually play the games first!

Everything about Game 1 screams out "O's win!". They have the ace on the mound and their best offensive lineup. In the other dugout, the New York offense has been atrocious all year and, while their starter has had his moments, he has never shown anything too spectacular against the O's. I'm all jazzed up, guys and gals!!
