Game 92: Orioles vs. Yankees Gamethread, 7:05

No Kim. No Davis. No Wieters. But Julio Bourbon has been called up and Vance Worley is pitching. There's no way this could end poorly.

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The Orioles lost to the Yankees last night by a score of 2-1. Kevin Gausman pitched pretty well again, but the offense fell asleep at the wheel, but how about that ninth inning? I mean, the O's didn't do anything impressive with the bats, but it was still awesome to watch!

Aroldis Chapman threw his five fastest pitches of the season all in the span of about five minutes to J.J. Hardy and Ryan Flaherty, going over 105 mph twice, yet didn't strike anyone out. That's because Flaherty wasn't one bit scared of the big southpaw, dropping a legendary M-F-bomb that has given us one of the greatest Oriole gifs of all time.

Tonight's lineup for the Birds makes me sad. Hyun Soo Kim has finally given in and headed to the DL, Chris Davis is still sick and Matt Wieters is day-to-day with a minor foot problem. But don't worry! Julio Bourbon is here!! At least he is speedy and can play a little defense. Oh brother.

And then there is this:
