The Orioles get to collect their thoughts today before beginning a three game series in Detroit in tomorrow. This weekend's brutal sweep at the hand of the hated Royals puts the O's in the midst of a four game losing streak. Four straight one run losses. Very un-2012, dudes.

...that being said, the O's are a half game out of first, a few games up on the rest of the pack in the division and in the lead for the first wild card, if that's of any utility in mid-May (it is, unfortunately, not).
