Is tonight the night the Orioles finally win their second game?

Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

I was thinking about 2010 the other night. I had taken over running Camden Chat partway through the 2009 season, and 2010 was my first year being in charge on Opening Day. I was so excited to see what would happen, and then they started the season 2-16. It kind of took the shine off things.

Will the Orioles start this year in similar fashion? Could we possibly get to game April 11th with only two wins? I don't want to be someone who overreacts to things, but it's starting to feel that way. The only players who aren't disappointing me are Dylan Bundy, Jonathan Schoop, and Darren O'Day. And two of those guys have only been in two games.

On that cheery note, the Orioles are on the road tonight facing the New York Yankees. Unfortunately for us all, the Yankees are expected to be good this year and through six games it looks like that is true. There is still plenty of time for them to fall apart. Will they? Probably not. But I'll be hoping for it.

Andrew Cashner is starting tonight for the Orioles, and he no doubt would like a second chance to make a first impression. If he wants to start having a great season starting right now, I am ok with that.

Here are your lineups:
