A fresh face will take left field in Baltimore tonight. DJ Stewart will make his major league debut tonight and bat seventh for the Orioles. Mark had some background on Stewart and the curious timing of his promotion yesterday. You can check that out here.

Stewart will be joined in the outfield by fellow rookie Cedric Mullins and Orioles veteran Adam Jones. Trey Mancini will be the designated hitter, and Chris Davis will man first base.

The Orioles are sending Andrew Cashner to the mound to face Liam Hendriks. Cashner will look to secure just his fifth win of the season. His ERA sits at 4.89, and he’s taken a loss in 14 of his 27 starts.

Cashner faced the Athletics back in May, and things could have gone better. He allowed four runs, three earned, in 4.2 innings. He surrendered two home runs, and eventually received a no decision.

Hendriks will lead the charge in an all bullpen game for Oakland. Will the Orioles ever take a look at “bullpen” games in the future? Sure, they’ve had plenty. But the vast majority haven’t been by design.

You can check out the rest of the lineup below, and enjoy the game tonight!
