Wednesday Bird Droppings: Where it’s a snow day! But not in Sarasota

It’s cold and snowy in Maryland, but baseball goes on down south

MLB: Baltimore Orioles-Workouts Jonathan Dyer-USA TODAY Sports

Happy snow day, Camden Chatters! Many of you in the Maryland area are seeing flakes outside your window as you get going on your day. It’s coming down pretty hard here in Columbia.

It’s not snowing in Sarasota, however. It’s sunny and 75 degrees down there with a high of 84. That sounds nice! Hopefully the Orioles enjoy it. They’re all working hard down there, one assumes. We’re just three days from the first Orioles spring training game of the year. It’ll be broadcast on MASN this Saturday at 1 p.m. Maybe I’ll watch it!
