Sunday afternoon Orioles game thread: at Yankees, 1:05

If the Orioles can win today, they’ll start the season with a series win.

MLB: Baltimore Orioles at New York Yankees Gregory Fisher-USA TODAY Sports

Two true facts about the 2018 baseball season. The New York Yankees hit 267 home runs, the most in the majors by over 30 dingers. Dylan Bundy gave up 41 home runs, the most in the majors by seven. This feels like it doesn’t bode well for our team this afternoon as they hope to win and take the series from the Yankees.

But you know what? That’s why they play the games, because you never know. Dylan Bundy is capable of going out there and shutting down the Yankees, I believe it. It’s unlikely, but I’ll be watching to see if it can happen. Will you join me?
