It is Friday night.

The Orioles have demolished the Kansas City Royals by a score of 14-2. Hanser Alberto had a five-hit game, Pedro Severino had a four-hit game, and Jonathan Villar stole second base, third base, and home plate at different times in the game. Seven Orioles had multi-hit games, including Jace Peterson, who only entered the game after Anthony Santander batted four times.

For good measure, John Means turned in a dominant seven innings in his return from the family medical emergency list, giving up just two runs on five hits, with no walks and four strikeouts.
