Friday night Orioles game thread: vs. Mariners, 7:05

It’s Friday night and the Orioles are home! There has been a fair amount of talk about how it’s high time for this season to end. Much of that talk has come from me. And it’s true. But also, the idea that we won’t see another Friday night baseball game at Camden Yards until April 10, 2020, is kind of a bummer. I’m already ready for baseball to end until it actually does.

Anyway, tonight’s game has a pitching match up of Felix Hernandez vs Richard Bleier. King Felix is far from the opposing force he used to be, but he’s probably still up to the challenge of beating the Orioles. Bleier is technically making the first start of his career, but really this is just a straight bullpen game. Fun!
