The 2020 Orioles have made things a lot more fun than O’s fans could have expected through the first half. A big part of that surprise has been Anthony Santander, who’s already cracked 10 homers in just 30 games along with his recent 18-game hitting streak.
Headlines on Orioles.com have taken to calling him Tony Taters, which is nothing short of delightful to me. He’s already the owner of the 100th Eutaw Street home run in Camden Yards history from last season, and the way he’s hitting so far this year, it seems like he might have at least a couple more markers out there in the future of his career.
